<div itemprop="description">Mrs. Emma Annie Burachenski, age 87, beloved wife of Mr. Arthur Burachenski of Prince Albert, SK passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013 after suffering a severe stroke.&nbsp; She was born on March 23, 1925 in Runnymede, SK, the second eldest in a family of ten.&nbsp; Emma is survived by her loving family:&nbsp; her husband Art; her two daughters Bev (Don) McCormick and Dianne (Mark) Pullin ; her one son Dwayne (Wendy); her six grandchildren Sean McCormick, Jason Kindrachuk, Mark McCormick, Ashley Burachenski, Cody Burachenski and Corie Burachenski; her two great-grandchildren Jaeger McCormick and Bentley Burachenski-Hyslop; her two sisters Bernice (Vic) Maruschuk and Marlene Boechler; her one brother Raymond (Jean) Riffel as well as nieces and nephews.&nbsp; She was predeceased by:&nbsp; her parents Henry and Annie (nee Haberman) Riffel; four brothers and two sisters.&nbsp; Emma was employed at various businesses in Prince Albert which included Central Caf&eacute;, P.O. Caf&eacute;, Burns Foods, Penguin Dry Cleaners, Woolco, Bob&rsquo;s Bakery and Eaton&rsquo;s cafeteria.&nbsp; She was a gifted cook, seamstress and cake decorator.&nbsp; Through all these years she managed to also be a loving stay at home mom.&nbsp; Emma loved a house full of people and a table full of her homemade cooking plus spending time gardening and camping with her family at lakes north of Prince Albert.&nbsp; Her extended family was important; she opened her home and heart to several family members when needed.&nbsp; Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 7 from River Park Memorial Chapel.&nbsp; Pastor Dennis Serfas will officiate.&nbsp; A private family interment will take place immediately following the funeral service.
