Lynn Lena Skulmoski, age79, beloved wife of Stanley Skulmoski of Prince Albert, SK passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. She was predeceased by a brother Walter (Judy) of Beaufort, AB and a sister-in-law Marion (Steve) Korol of Prince Albert. Lynn is survived by her loving family: her husband of 48 years Stanley; her three sons Bruce (Bev) Kit and grandson Jeremy of Red Deer, AB, Terry (Liana) and Trent (Laura) both of Prince Albert, SK; her brothers Steve, Bruno (Olga) Korol both of Prince Albert, Stanley (Elizabeth) Korol of Smeaton, SK and Joe (Doreen) Korol of Westbank, BC as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lynn spent her early years as a meat cutter at Burns Foods in Prince Albert travelling back and forth from Foxford. During one of these travels is where she met Stan and not long after they were married in 1964. After her last son Trent was born, Lynn decided to be a stay-at-home mom and looked after the family. Lynn and Stan spent many years hunting, fishing and enjoying the family cabin at Candle Lake. Lynn was most comfortable with a fishing rod or ice fishing stick in hand. When she wasn’t fishing she was making sure that everyone in the family including her puppy “Chip” was well fed. She also greatly enjoyed her coffee row friends and family. It is certain that this wonderful lady will be sadly missed by everyone that knew her. A celebration of Lynn’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Father Tuan Doan will officiate. Interment of cremated remains will take place in the Garden of the Last Supper, Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
