Therese England Memorial | Obituary | Condolences | Prince Albert

<div itemprop="description">Therese Lorette England was born on Monday, January 19, 1942, daughter of Ely and Victoria Delorme. She was the fifth of 10 children and was raised in the Fairholme region. Therese was a very family oriented person, helping her brothers and sisters, when she met her future husband, John England, in the late 1950’s. They were married on April 15, 1961. She became the loving mother of five children, as well as countless neighborhood children through the years. During her years as a homemaker, Therese learned to do a lot of crafts: ceramics, sewing, quilting, painting, drawing, baking and so much more. She passed her love of crafts on to her children and grandchildren. Therese was a very giving and generous lady. As everyone would recall, she always welcomed anyone into her home with a cup of coffee and a warm plate. Therese liked to laugh and joke. One of Therese’s favorite stories was the water fight when the England family resided in their mobile home in Tisdale. Another story was when Therese and one of the neighbors dressed up on Halloween as old ladies and went to the shop where her husband John was working and danced like sexy old women. Afterward, Therese went home, changed, and waited for her husband to return and tell her about those crazy old floozies. Therese goes to join her husband, John England, her daughter, Lynn Marie England, her parents, Ely and Victoria Delorme, her sisters, Larienne Lacey, Bernice Wing, Joan Dutnall and Elaine Sloan, and her brother, Jules Delorme, where we will see her again. Celebration of Therese’s life was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 24 from St. Mark Roman Catholic Church by Father Jim Kaptien. Interment took place in the Garden of Sermon on the Mount, Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
